The game itself is awesome.

I was really excited for the game, but it kept crashing after the first quest. If you could fix that, it would be great thanks. I have an iPhone 6s with iOS 10 so i dont know if the version of this game is too old? Please help

This game could be really fun, but it keeps randomly crashing. For $5, this app should perform way better than it does.

Love this game on every other platform. Crashes any time you try to open the backpack. Cant play at all. iPhone 7 OS 10.0.2

I downloaded this game starts perfectly but wen vernon talks the game closes it self using iphone 7 plus !!

Have uninstalled/reinstalled several times. Running on the most current iOS. Really disappointing. Crashes when you open the bag or immediately after getting the first task from uncle Vernon. Seems more common if the virtual d-pad option is on, but happens regardless within the first few minutes of interaction. Hoping to get a refund or an updated version.

This game seems cool but unfortunately it suffers from crashing constantly. Im on iOS 10 and using an iPhone 6S and it still crashes. Just performing a random task such as clicking the settings button cause a hassle. It will crash the game. Please fix this. Im a huge Harry Potter fan and spent 4.99 on this game and would really love to play it. Thanks!

Granted Im currently playing this on my iPhone 6S, but Ive played other older iPhone games which do not give me even half as much trouble as this one. This includes a few that I have been pulled out of the app store by their developers for being too old and archaic in terms of their gameplay controls (like Shining Force) that do not have any stability issues. My phone being too new for the game shouldnt be an issue and if it is, Warner Bros isnt exactly a small developer that cannot afford to update its apps if theyre going to keep them in the App Store. The way this game is, any time you try to buy wizards, red bricks, etc, there is a high change that when you click the arror to leave the shop, it just crashes such that you have to keep trying. Completely shutting down and rebooting your iPhone sometimes helps, but there isnt a consistent workaround that always work to get past the crashing. The same thing happens when click on the backpack or even click on the arrow to exit out, which makes it amazing that I got the Quiet Please! achievement on the first try as this involves going into the options while in the Restrict Section level to completely turn down the music and sound. Also for some reason the way the screen flickers on the iPhone, all the dark levels gives me a migrane, which is an issue I never had when I played the Nintendo DS version of this game thus only further adds to the disappointment that the iPhone version is ultimately less convenient than carry around a game system on top of an iPhone.

I love this game and it would be 5 stars but pretty much every time I touch the satchel button the game crashes and I lose some progress. But other than that its great!

The app no longer works on iOS 10 and this needs to be addressed and fixed.

I just downloaded this game and it just randomly closes and deletes all my progress. Every time I open it back up I have to start at the very beginning. I have played Lego games on PlayStation but definitely expected more from a $4.99 game. If it cannot be fixed I would like a refund.

Looks fun but wont work on my phone the app will just close me out please fix this or give me me money back

current version needs to be updated not sure when the last time that has been done but i just bought this game & i cant even get past the first scene because it closes automatically on me in the same part every time... please do something about this ive just spent $5 to play this game and i cant even enjoy it

This app needs to be updated. I can not get it to work on my iPhone 7. Im very disappointed to pay over $5 for this app and get nothing in return! As soon as I start the app it will crash. I hope this will be fixed soon.
