LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 App Reviews

Quite good but needs improvement on some of the instructions. For example, the goblin plinths need better instructions. At first I thought that I needed to make the green orb on the wheel stay close to the white thing that was going around. Also needs improvement on the year 3 care of magical creatures level. I have tried stupefy and reducto on the skrewts but I still couldnt beat them. Could you please fix those issues.

It is not what I expected. It´s more like a GameBoy Advance game, a different mobile version, unlike LEGO Star Wars, LEGO Lord of the Rings and LEGO Indiana Jones. The iOS years 5-7 is more like a normal one.

I love years 5-7, I cant play this one though, Im stuck at the bricks rightatthebeginning, I cant get out of it, I finish it correctly and it even says I do, then Im stuck there until I restart my iPad and start the game all over again, what do I do?

Its fantastic and theres no problem at all ! Best game on the App Store . Im very good at this game it took me 1 day for 1 year but 2 days for the last one .I read and watched the whole series.I still have to watch the 3 last movies.Now just need to play years 5-7!

I am on year two and I just finished duelling Malfoy, hermoine says to meet her in the girls washroom, I try to follow but I cant go through the doors even though they are open! Please please fix because its a really good game

Its a good game, but the cog turner game is stupid. Where are the instructions? Why do we have to play all these stupid mini-games? Id give it a better review, but seeing how I cant get past the Gringotts bit, I cant really judge yet. I realize I might just be a complete idiot, and thats why I cant figure it out, but nevertheless, the instructions are minimal at best.

I think its a great game and Harry potter fans all over should be playing this but I do hope you update it to fit the iPhone 5 screen. Id love it to the max.

I will stop playing this game, it was funny but I simply cant cast lumos, no way i can draw a star so fast with my finger...and if im in a car or sth wven harder anyway..

Im sick of being stuck with this x6 red brick not being able to turn off and makes the game not as fun for me and also I think we need more levels.

Great game but cant get past the shrieking shack in year 3. I finish the level and the video starts playing but crashes during it. Doesnt save my progress so I cant get to next level. I tried uninstalling and redoing it all but it didnt work still. Not awesome.

SO FRUSTRATING! I cant get past the 3rd year, with the hippo griff? If anyone knows how, PLEASE tell me with a review.

The controls on the iPad are far from perfect and handling is often quite awkward and tiring. As well as that the port has terrible fps. Im using an iPad Air and its very jittery. The game itself is quite fun and has awesome humour so get it at a sale and youll enjoy it.

I love this game! But I do think it would be cool if you had to remember the spells like you press the blue circle, Do you want to use; blah blah blah. That would make it a tad more intense, because youd actually have to remember the spells. Im stuck on Year 3, when Harry has the map and hes trying to get past the prefect in the square hallway. The prefect is facing forward, and is not rotating. Help?

Game is very good, I like the picture that you have to draw in order to cast a spell, I also like the fact that each character has a certain ability. There are plenty of other things I like about this game. But there are problems. When you make a custom character the ability that the game says that it has actually is not true because the ability wont occour. Also, the pixels in the game should be smaller because they are too obvious.

The game mechanics are fun and most of the missions realate to the movie but there are some really stupid missions out there and that is what is holding it back from being a 5 star game

I really liked this game its really fun but years 5-7 isnt something you want because the controls are very bad and they got rid of the drag movement controls, have some fun with this one theres some really tricky levels in here
